Construction of the West Tower is expected to be completed in the next few months; exterior work on the building is nearly completed and interior finishes have begun. Presently, they are pouring the concrete for the 3rd floor in the East Tower. Everyone should be moved in by the year’s end!
As a soon to be owner of Portrait Condos, I am excited at the work that is being completed and the excellent standard of building workmanship (the excellent quality of the workmanship was expressed to me by one of my neighbours who is in construction). Furthermore, I am delighted with the selection of colours and upgrades. I look forward to being in my beautiful new home, hopefully by the spring. Winter weather has worked in our favour.
