Both your cold and hot water lines are equipped with shut off valves. When using your washer for the first time, please be sure the valves are open. As a precaution, and to minimize damage that could result from flooding, please close the valves when you have completed your laundry.

We are happy to announce we officially received our Occupancy Permit from the City of Toronto! Owners will begin moving this week! Occupancy will begin on the 2nd floor of the West Tower and move upwards to the Penthouse; the ground floor suites will be last. We expect to begin occupancy in the East Tower after Labour Day.
